Russia’s GM-Avtovaz sales fall 16% to 7,480 cars in Jan–Mar

SAMARA, Apr 1 (PRIME) -- Sales of GM-AvtoVAZ, a joint venture of Russia’s largest carmaker AvtoVAZ and U.S. General Motors, fell 16.3% on the year to 7,476 vehicles in January–March, the company said in a statement on Friday.

Output fell to 8,175 from 8,847 cars in the same period in 2015.
